The poor kiddo struggled big-time with mental health and behaviors and his self-esteem. I lost a lot of sleep about this child and his well-being long before COVID. Every day, I met with him individually for a significant amount of time. The things I saw in 3.5 months broke my heart on a new level. I had no idea what his true reality was.
