I always think about whoever made that choice to finally close is beyond happy with their decision to see what happened with the pandemic. Not sure if they have it in the States, but in Canada, they have a restaurant called Montana's, and on your birthday they put a huge pair of antlers on your head and slap a pie in your face. Safe to say I had the least fun on my 12th bday. Everyone is talking about how they hope they weren't like this and how they missed out on stuff being ungrateful and whatever but the truth is that puberty fucks you up. Your body changes. Chemicals run a fucking train on you. And because your brain is just a big fat sack of chemicals and electricity, those changes and imbalances make things very difficult to handle. And the other truth is that teenagers often don't get to opt out of shit.
