I dress super conservative due to self-esteem issues, but I always congratulate the people who have the balls to wear whatever when it's like 40°F outside.  The reason that Halloween is so popular is that most people choose who they spend Halloween with, and it comes right before thanksgiving and Xmas, the holidays that can be stressful because you sometimes don’t choose who you spend them with.
