And I don’t necessarily agree with recasting the role btw. It was already promised to her and like you said mixed Asians are still Asian. They probably felt even more inclined to do it in this climate we’re in these days. But I won’t act like the concerns the Asian community has doesn’t have some legitimacy. Hollywood does tend to have a bias for mixed Asians These aren't reversals, they're just plain answers. Or just letting the next movie address it. There was no obligation to address the knights of ren or the force vision, and revealing that Luke threw the saber away is just... continuing where the scene left off. That's nowhere near the outright retcons and contradictions of. I mean just about every Jedi was once a nobody, as Jedi aren’t allowed to have children. Characters like Obi-wan, Mace Windu, Qui gon were all nobodies who rose up to be great Jedi. Luke is an exception. He's iconic because of a meme. He's got like three minutes of screen time and a dozen or so lines. Despite his notoriety from that one line, he's not a significant character. You can't have a big moment for every time a named character dies in a Star Wars movie.

I think it's great because it was  Michael Myers I’m Nicer Than My Face Looks Shirt  beautifully filmed and has a sweet love story and sick music. What really made it my favorite though was how different it was than all the other episodes, especially in tone at the ending. I like Black Mirror for its existential crises but it's refreshing to have an episode not end in one the thing that's hilarious about people who rate The Entire History of You as their number one (and many do) is that it's the sole the episode in the entire series  not  written (in whole or in part) by Charlie Booker. Must be a kick in the teeth to him to see people say the one they like best is the one he had no (writing) involvement with. Let me just say that as someone with a disability that pours all of my memories out of my ears (epilepsy... every time I have a seizure I lose more of my past) this is the most brilliant thing I've ever come across.
