Measure your grounds, slow pour once, let it bloom, and die down while keeping the kettle hot, then do a second pour. I don't get into the fancy "only concentric circles going clockwise while singing mary had a little lamb" fanciness that some "brewing masters" do. It produces the cleanest, least bitter I have ever experienced. I just use off the shelf Seattle's best. Granted, I do my own grinding, but even that's just a small cheap grinder, I didn't splurge on a big one. It’s about as good as it gets. Like coffee from the teet. Minus most, if not all, of the bitterness and maximize the tasty love. You’ll find yourself ravaging the different flavors of coffees on the shelf.
